All payments must be made within 10 days from the invoice date to SabaiSoft’s bank account in Belgium. If the customer cancels the project, no refunds will be issued for payments made. SabaiSoft assumes no liability for errors or issues arising during or after the programming services. The client is solely responsible for final review and approval of the delivered work.
